Word Grid

Every room in the grid has 2 images that appear as portraits in the room, they depend on the coordinates of the room, and consist of 2 images that each indicates a word in English, with 1 word having an extra character to the other, that character is then recorded in that grid location, and the complete grid exposes a message。

The grid goes from A to E from left to right, and from rank 1 to 9.

The workshops indicates the correct letter in stone.
